After the Google Panda update we (Creating Concepts) dropped out of search for the keyword web design from page 3 to page 30!. After spending hours of time looking into why this has happened i was studding our home page and notice the text slider on the home page had a fixed Wight of 3500px to the left of the page. Google was seeing this as hidden text and moved out of our spot. We have created a new text carrier that does not specify wight using divs.  Below is the webmaster report showing the drop and the 2 week penalty
